Over the past five years, Emily has devoted herself to raising and nurturing their three children, a role she values above all else. While she holds multiple professional certifications—including being a licensed real estate agent in both Washington and Arizona—her greatest pride is her family. As the backbone of Revival’s administrative operations, Emily oversees all office management, billing, scheduling, and client communications. When you call Revival Plumbing Solutions, it’s often her voice on the other end—ready to assist with care, efficiency, and professionalism. When she’s not supporting the plumbing or real estate side of the business, she’s leading the creative direction behind the scenes and keeping the household running smoothly while Dad works hard to help provide the dream they’re building together.
CORY SHEPARD

COO - FIELD SUPERVISOR
Cory launched his plumbing career in 2014 as an apprentice, committing five intensive years to mastering the trade through hands-on training, long days in the field, and rigorous testing before earning his certification in 2019. Since then, he has built a well-rounded and highly refined skill set, confidently tackling everything from small leak repairs to the installation, servicing, and overhaul of complex boiler and gas systems. Cory is known for his precision, strong work ethic, and unwavering accountability—approaching every project with the mindset of getting it done right the first time. His dedication to excellence and strict adherence to industry standards embody the values that define our team, making him not only a trusted professional but an integral and highly respected part of Revival.

Kyle began his plumbing career six years ago through a demanding apprenticeship program that built a strong technical foundation and strong jobsite leadership skills. Now a Residential Journeyman and actively working toward completing his Commercial Journeyman hours, he continues to expand his expertise and elevate the level of service he provides. Kyle brings Revival not only a diverse and well-rounded skill set, but also a rare combination of personability, hospitality, and relentless determination to get the job done—no matter the challenge. His unwavering commitment to excellence ensures every task is completed with precision, care, and strict adherence to industry standards. Beyond his technical ability, Kyle’s positive attitude, reliability, and dedication to both the team and our clients make him an invaluable asset to Revival—we are truly fortunate to have him as one of the largest assets of our company.
JAKE STEVENS

FIELD TECHNICIAN
Jake brings five years of hands-on plumbing experience and a calm, steady presence to every project he takes on. Though quieter by nature, his results speak volumes—consistently delivering precise, high-quality work with discipline and attention to detail. As a BAT-certified professional who also holds a Class A CDL, Jake adds valuable versatility and reliability to our team, always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. He takes pride in doing things the right way, never cutting corners, and holding himself to a high standard of craftsmanship. His consistency, integrity, and quiet determination make him an incredibly valued member of Revival and a true asset to both our team and the clients we serve.
DAKOTA HOFBAUER

PLUMBER’S APPRENTICE
Dakota is the newest addition to our plumbing team, having recently received his plumbing apprentice card his eagerness to learn and willingness to invest the time and effort required to master his craft already set him apart. He approaches each day with humility, focus, and determination—quickly absorbing instruction and applying it with precision. His strong work ethic, attentiveness, and commitment to going above and beyond to understand not just the “how,” but the “why,” behind the work make him an incredible asset to Revival. With his drive and dedication, Dakota is positioning himself well ahead of the curve and building a future in plumbing that is both promising and purposeful.
